Copycat Chick-Fil-A Peach Milkshake

  • Author: caroline_hicks
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

A thick, creamy, and refreshing homemade milkshake that captures the signature flavor of Chick-fil-A using real peaches, vanilla ice cream, and milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream (premium brand recommended)
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches by peeling and pitting fresh peaches, then chopping them into small chunks. If using frozen peaches, no prep is needed.
  2. Soften the vanilla ice cream by letting it sit on the counter for 5 minutes to make it easier to blend.
  3. Add the peaches, softened ice cream, half a cup of milk, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  4. Pulse the blender a few times to break up the ice cream, then blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth. Scrape down sides if needed.
  5. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if too thick, or more ice cream/ice if too thin, blending briefly after each addition.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately, optionally topped with whipped cream and a peach slice.

Notes

For best results, use cold ingredients. If using frozen peaches, you may not need ice cubes. Avoid canned peaches in syrup as they can make the shake watery. Serve immediately for the best texture.
